This wedding invitation design was inspired by a vintage elk bottle opener the client had in their home. They wanted to create a rustic, chic emblem for their wedding “logo” that could be used across all print materials. The main invite was laser etched into white maple wood 5″ x 7″ cards and the remaining elements were letterpress printed on a heavy 140# Holyoke. The blind deboss on the back of the reply cards turned out better than anticipated and the result was quite pleasing.  We had some fun with the RSVP postcards and made it a fill-in-the-blanks style, to get people involved in the event.
